Contributing to the Rawabi brand launch was a defining experience, from supporting the rollout across 40+ subsidiaries to managing intense design demands—and it was all made more meaningful when we were honored with a certificate of appreciation from the Group CEO and Vice Chairman.
Rawabi Holding Annual IFTAR
One of my proudest moments at Rawabi Holding was presenting a Guinness World Record achievement during the company’s Ramadan Iftar in front of over 700 attendees. It was an honor to represent the organization and share such a milestone with the wider Rawabi community.

One of the key events I helped design was the Rawabi Holding Years of Service and Annual Awards. I was responsible for creating the entire visual theme of the event. The feedback from management was overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees expressing how valued and appreciated they felt—recognizing it as a celebration that truly honored their hard work and dedication.
How does it feel working in Rawabi holding? Working in the communication department of an oil and gas company can be a highly pressurized environment. Often, people from other departments look up to you for guidance and as a model of good behavior. However, one thing I am grateful for about working in the corporate communication department is the opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks. I have gained experience in content creation, public speaking, photography, and event planning, which has allowed me to become a jack of all trades by the end of my tenure.
The Culture Working in Rawabi involves a lot of hard work, and I believe the same applies to any company that operates in the Oil and Gas industry. Despite the challenges, this hard work has helped me develop inner strength and boundaries that I wouldn't have gained elsewhere. I'm truly grateful for this experience in my career.
